The Watch

This Bremont's ALT1 has a hardened and distinctive 43mm stainless steel Trip-Tick® case with a DLC-treated middle barrel and scratch‑resistant finish. There are several useful features on this pilot's watch; a 12-hour chronograph, 24-hour adjustable 'GMT' time-zone, and internal 60 minute Roto‑Click® bezel that is rotated by the crown at 8 o'clock.

The domed anti‑reflective sapphire crystal gives a clear view of the dial, and on the rear there is a sapphire crystal displaying the automatic movement. Said movement is the BE-54AE certified chronometer (a modified ETA 7754 ensuring ease of service), with 42 hours of power reserve.

This watch comes on a Bremont rubber strap with buckle, and also a black Bremont leather with white stitching.

Dimensions: 43mm wide, 16mm thick, 50mm lug-to-lug.

The ALT1‑Z GMT chronograph was introduced in 2007, catering to aviators and world travellers by providing simultaneous local and UTC time via its dedicated GMT hand.

Authenticity, Condition, and Guarantees

All items have been inspected for authenticity, and are guaranteed as such. As this is a pre-owned watch, signs of wear consistent with age and previous use should be expected. Buyers of watches should also recognise that maintenance and treatment appropriate to the watch in question are required to protect time-keeping and condition. There is a 6 month function guarantee for watches costing £1000 or more. Water resistance is not guaranteed; even watches originally waterproof may not be so, unless recently sealed and pressure-tested.
