Likewise, the black 'B-Uhr' format dial (viewed through an anti-reflective sapphire crystal) with bold white luminous Arabic numerals and the case-back features an engraving of the German Ju-52 transport aircraft. The Big Pilot is powered by the in-house IWC Calibre  51111 automatic calibre with an impressive 7‑day (168‑hour) power reserve, and has a soft-iron inner case for anti-magnetic protection. This watch is supplied on an IWC riveted Santoni black calfskin leather strap with deployant clasp.
