Vintage Hermes cocktail watch

The Watch

This rare ladies Hermes vintage dress or 'cocktail' watch provides an excellent opportunity for the buyer to enjoy an inexpensive but highly elegant watch from one of the great luxury houses. The gold plating is in excellent condition, and the dial is immaculate. It should be noted that the bracelet is on the smaller side. There are two spare links, but with no screws to fit them - these would have to be sourced. The watch is currently running, but does not come with a guarantee.

All items have been inspected for authenticity, and are guaranteed as such. As this is a pre-owned watch, signs of wear consistent with age and previous use should be expected. Buyers of watches should also recognise that maintenance and treatment appropriate to the watch in question are required to protect time-keeping and condition. There is a 6 month function guarantee for watches costing £1000 or more. Water resistance is not guaranteed; even watches originally waterproof may not be so, unless recently sealed and pressure-tested.
