Key Product Information:
This exceptionally rare pre-WW2 Rolex Oyster features a distinctive white gold 32mm (10mm thick) octagonal case. The wire lugs, later seen on early Panerai divers' watches, take the lug-to-lug measurement to 40mm - making it wear larger than the diameter would indicate. The case features a knurled bezel and caseback, and is an excellent example of Rolex's pioneering waterproof 'Oyster' design. The cream dial is adorned with blued hands and the black Breguet numerals beloved by collectors. Inside, the watch houses a manually wound Rolex movement. The timepiece is completed with a period-appropriate black leather strap, enhancing its vintage appeal.

Key Brand Information:
Established in 1905, Rolex has been at the forefront of horological innovation. The introduction of the Oyster case in 1926 marked a significant milestone as the world's first waterproof wristwatch case. Such early Oyster models are highly sought after by collectors, representing a pivotal moment in the evolution of wristwatch design
